Weak Heart

Today i officially start my FYP.. i'm suppose to come up with a multimedia training materials for the world skill ppl... LOL thank God i got a gd partner for the project itself... Very crappy one also..

I started my day bad. Got to sch late due to a bad traffic jam on TPE. Got stuck so long that my uncle's poor car nearly overheated so we had to stop by the road shoulder for awhile b4 moving on.

Reach sch saw my lecturer whom i tht i'm suppose to report to... He is damn unreasonable... He thinks he's some bad shot... can't stand him... I report to him and even bother to explain caz i respect him... but he gave me a big run down... Fuck Him...

Lucky i went to my another supervisor so relieve it is him... caz at least he is a nicer person.... The fucker who scolded me is only the technical advisor... so screw him now.... till i need him then ask him for help. Abuser of Authority..... Motherfucker.

Anyway i manage to finish a week's work in one day with my partner... damn cool.. we slack the rest of the day... thou it got more boring thru time. I am so damn proud of the poster i did for my project... so damn what the fuck... i wanna hang it round my neck and show off...LOL

Went to the gym after my FYP ended at 6pm. Started at 7 went thru a crash course for the gym machines on how to use them.... They look so space age to me... It's been a long time since i went to the gym... and the first time for the school gym... i muz say it's not too shabby at all..

I did some stupid test to check whether my body is ok...
Body Fat 6%
Upper body strength - Above average... but still can improve
Sit up - Failed.. caz i kept laughing and i can't get a gd support for my legs
Sit and reach - 40cm... haha Can't Make It (CMI)..... hahah
3 min cardio - 141 beats/sec ...........this one i am very sad abut it... i tht i cycle alot so my cardio shld be ok... anyway <79 is the best...... 141 is way off.... gotta start training hard on my cardio... if not i will die early... lol
As for risk for heart problem - Lower risk..... so not so bad

After all that in 30mins ... my fren and i procced to work out... after abut 9, we left for home....

Quite tired today... so i'll sign off here

Anyway *To SK* Hey i'll write abut guys tmr or something... tired la..hahaha
